Terms of Service

Fen3D provides software that helps customers and independent makers find each other, exchange information, and track work.

Fen3D is not the manufacturer, seller, carrier, employer, or agent of either participant and does not control physical production or delivery.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Fen3D only where you may lawfully enter binding contracts.

We may restrict or suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, unlawful content, security risk, or repeated violation of these terms.

A product listing is created by its independent maker. A direct product-order relationship is formed when a customer places an order; a custom-job relationship is formed when a customer accepts a maker bid.

Makers must describe products accurately, keep stock current, and have the rights needed to make and sell every listed design. Customers must review the price, material, lead time, and delivery option before ordering.

After an order or bid is accepted, the customer and maker remain responsible for production quality, timing, pickup or shipping, and resolving production issues. Platform records may be used to investigate disputes.

Fen3D does not store payment-card details. If an online payment is offered, it is handled through the payment provider shown during checkout.

Custom-print offers show the production price and deposit separately. Unless checkout states otherwise, the remaining production price is settled directly between customer and maker.

For product orders, the customer and maker coordinate any remaining payment and delivery details directly in the private order conversation.

Nothing in these terms creates payment escrow, card authorization, deposit protection, or debt collection.

You keep rights you already own in files, designs, messages, and other content you provide.

You grant Fen3D and the other job participant the limited permission needed to operate the service, transmit and display content, create backups, and investigate reported misuse during the applicable retention period.

You must have the necessary rights for every upload and must not submit malware, unlawful material, another person's private data without a lawful basis, or infringing designs.

Do not harass participants, bypass controls, scrape the service, misrepresent capacity, or use Fen3D for weapons, privacy violations, counterfeiting, or other unlawful purposes.

We may hide content, remove files, restrict matching, or suspend an account after review. Administrative actions are retained for accountability.

The service is provided as available and may contain errors or be changed, corrected, interrupted, or discontinued.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fen3D is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, physical parts, materials, tool time, shipping, taxes, or third-party claims arising from user content or job performance.

You may be responsible for losses arising from your breach, unlawful content, or infringement of another participant's rights.

You may stop using the service and may contact support to request deletion where lawful. We may terminate or restrict access for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms and record the content version here. Material operational changes should be communicated before taking effect.

Participants should attempt direct resolution and contact Fen3D support before external action. These terms do not select an exclusive jurisdiction or forum; mandatory consumer and conflict-of-law rules in Turkey or the United States remain applicable.
