Information we collect
Account data includes your name, email address, hashed password, country, account roles, and security-related records.
Marketplace data includes request details, approximate location, files, bids, job records, messages, attachments, reviews, notifications, moderation records, and technical audit events.
Technical data includes IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, browser local storage preferences, server logs, and error information. We do not collect payment card data.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, match requests by country and distance, transmit bids and messages, protect files, prevent abuse, provide support, administer roles, debug the service, and preserve records.
We do not sell personal data. Aggregate statistics may be used to understand service usage without exposing a particular individual.
Location and matching
You choose a city or search result and coordinates are used to calculate approximate distance between a maker service area and a customer request.
Country and radius matching are required for marketplace operation. Precise coordinates are limited to participants authorized for the related job and administrators with a need to know.
Sharing and processors
Data is shared with the other participant only as needed for a request, accepted job, conversation, review, or safety investigation.
Service providers may host infrastructure, operate the location-lookup endpoint, store backups, or deliver communications under contractual protections. Authorities may receive data where legally required.
Public reviews may display your display name and review content after a completed job.
Retention and backups
Operational records are retained while an account or unresolved job requires them and then for a documented safety, legal, dispute, or accounting period determined during legal review.
Backups and upload copies may persist beyond account deletion until the scheduled backup retention period ends. Deletion requests should account for these copies.
Cookies and local storage
Fen3D uses a strictly necessary session cookie for authentication and local storage for your language preference.
It does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral trackers. Browser controls can block storage, but doing so may prevent sign-in or language preference from working.
Your rights and choices
You may access or correct profile information, change your password, adjust maker availability, close an account, object to processing, or request deletion where lawful.
You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where law or an unresolved dispute requires it.
Security and changes
We use hashed passwords, random session tokens, access controls, attachment validation, private file downloads, audit records, and backups. No system is perfectly secure.
Material privacy changes will update this notice and its content version. Security incidents will be handled according to applicable legal requirements after legal review.
